International expert appointed for the Rehabilitation Through Sport (RTS) Pilot Project for countries in conflict (or post) for war and mine victims, including Angola, under the aegis of the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).
Head of Portuguese Mission to the Paralympic Games of Beijing 2008, Athens 2004, Sydney 2000, Atlanta ‘96 and Barcelona ‘92. He participated, with technical responsibilities, in the Games of New York’84 and Seoul’88
